By using this website or the Clarix analysis tool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Clarix is an early-stage tool that generates a process analysis report based on the information you provide. It is offered for evaluation purposes, may change or be unavailable at any time, and should not be your only basis for business decisions.

3. Your content

Anything you submit remains yours. By submitting it, you allow Clarix to process it — including sending it to our AI provider — to generate your report. Please don't submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or includes personal data about third parties beyond what's necessary for the analysis.

4. AI-generated output

Reports and recommendations are generated by an AI system for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and may contain inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by using it unlawfully, trying to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or misrepresenting who you are.

6. Intellectual property

The Clarix name, branding, and underlying software may not be copied or reused without permission. This doesn't affect your ownership of your own content.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarix is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on its output.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll update the date above when the terms change.
